ASI understands small to medium business challenges. The company started out as a one-person shop with Andrew Severson, our president and owner. Andrew, an entrepreneur at heart, wanted to build a different kind of accounting service. With his entrepreneurial spirit, he applied the work ethic practices of an on-the-ground owner/operator to the public accounting sector. He grew his clients the way all owner/operators do – one client at a time.
That entrepreneurial spirit helped us grow from one person to a group of eight experts who embody the attributes and vision of a growth mindset, accounting skills and business growth.

Raza Syed, CPA

Raza has worked in Finance/Accounting and Customer related industries all his life. He completed his CPA post university graduation in 2017. Raza will provide valuable financial advice, working with you to reach your goals, and recommend tax savings strategies.

Donna has over 20 years experience in Executive Consultancy, with a focus on HR strategies, risk analysis and project management. She will lead our exclusive subject-matter consultancy services and client fulfillment strategies.

Elisha Singh
Operations Manager

Elisha manages all operational functions within ASI. She ensures the highest level of firm administrative workflow so that our accounting team can focus on just that – accounting. Elisha brings years of ‘in the trenches’ training having moved up the McDonalds management training system. She also has several years in temporary staffing requirement management. All that means, she is here for our clients to address all administrative and operational efficiencies.

Kimberly Severson, CPA, CGA
Executive Payroll Administrator

Kimberly brings 20-plus years of experience in payroll, accounting, team management and technology conversion projects to the ASI team. Prior to joining ASI, Kimberly rounded out 17 years at Envision as Supervisor for Insurance Accounting, managing a team of 7 people across 3 divisions. We’re lucky to have her expertise in heading up ASI’s Payroll Department.
